Mike and Stef have been running Castle Gift Shop for 25 years as owners. Before that Stef worked for Mike's aunt Margaret and took over when she retired. Mike worked for the Post Office and took early retirement so he could help in the shop. (He says he works longer hours now than he ever did in the Post) The three children have all worked behind the counter and although they are now living far and wide they all also help out when they are home.

Castle Gift Shop was established in the 50's and was run by Margaret and Trevor Jones until Margaret's retirement.The shop, originally a dairy, then a tea room,  has now  evolved from a tiny front room souvenir shop to what it is today.
